(7) Terms & Conditions of the respective manufacturer/ service provide are deemed to have been accepted by the customer, and must be compiled with by the customer, and Panasonic takes no liability and all/any claims raised shall be the sole responsibility of the said manufacturer/service provider, and the customer shall not hold Panasonic liable in any matter whatsoever.
(8) In case of any dispute the decision of the director of Panasonic India Private limited shall be final and binding on all the parties. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi only.
(9) Offer valid till stocks last and within the term specified.
(10) The Offer is not open to the employees and the immediate family members of Panasonic India Pvt. Ltd and other agencies involved in the offer with Panasonic.
(11) Any participant who manipulates the offer in any manner shall be liable for disqualification at the sole discretion of company. In such event company shall not be liable to consider even a valid registration by the participant thereafter.
(12) Company reserves the right at any time, without prior notice, to add or vary all or any of these terms and conditions replace, wholly or in part this offer or to withdraw it completely.
(13) Company neither responsible nor guarantees the quality of goods and services being offered as gifts, nor is it liable for any defect or deficiency of goods or services so, obtained/availed by way of offer. Company is also not liable for any defect/deficiency in the gift so offered, by the customers by way of offer.

(19) Redemption process is part of Terms & Conditions. This offer is being made purely on a “best effort” basis. This offer cannot be clubbed with any other Offer.
(20) One customer eligible for only one scratch Card.
(21) Only one voucher can be redeemed against one mobile number
(22) Scratch Card will have a unique alpha numerical code (for ex: 26201s5fs), used to register & redeem the offer
(23) Panasonic shall not be responsible for any problem or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a mobile network, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures including any damage to the customers or any other person's mobile handset or computer, related to, or resulting from, participation in this promotion or the downloading of any materials related to this promotion.
(24) This voucher has no monetary value, is non- transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
(25) Panasonic, Reward port and their clients, agents and distributors accept no responsibility, financial or otherwise for the misuse of Rewardport voucher numbers and are not liable for any personal loss or injury and cannot be held responsible for any disagreement concerning quality/ availability of featured prize items.
(26) Panasonic, Reward port and their clients, agents and distributors will not replace any lost, stolen or damaged voucher numbers and reserve the right to withdraw or amend any details and/or prices without notice.
